Choosing Kannegieter means choosing comprehensive logistics services. We deliver your orders at any desired day, time, location, and floor. Ready-to-use, in handy roll containers, and without unnecessary packaging, so that your technicians can get to work immediately, and unnecessary unpacking time is prevented. Thanks to ample inventory and clear supplier agreements, Just-In-Time, Same Day, and Next Day deliveries are no problem. And if a product is unexpectedly unavailable, we will work together to find a suitable solution. Saying “no” is not an option for us! Through our web portal, you can track your order status 24/7. This way, you will never be surprised.
Kannegieter aims for waste-free construction. Therefore, our products are delivered without packaging as much as possible. Instead, we prefer reusable plastic crates and roll containers, in which all products are pre-sorted. The roll containers can be easily rolled to the right place in the building, where technicians can start installing immediately. Labels on the roll containers indicate which products are in which crates. At the end of the working day, the containers can be securely locked, preventing unauthorized access to the materials. When we collect the containers, we immediately take any necessary packaging materials with us. This way, we contribute to careful waste separation and a clean construction site.
With our prefab services, we also respond to short lead times and the growing shortage of technically skilled personnel. In our assembly workshop, copper and fiber optic cables, patch cabinets, and other products can be pre-assembled quickly, efficiently, and under the best conditions. Exactly according to your wishes. For example, by pre-assembling cables and connectors, they can be laid in the cable trays and connected immediately. And pre-assembling patch cabinets also enables plug-and-play installation, creating a perfectly functioning installation in no time.
Most cables are delivered in standard lengths. But it can happen that you need different lengths. In this case, too, we are happy to help. We have a special machine that can wind cables to exactly the right length. From copper and fiber optic to accompanying duct cables inlets. Minimum order quantities (MOQs) do not apply. Thanks to our winding service, technicians no longer have to cut their cables to size themselves. Large quantities of leftover lengths are cleverly addressed, saving the environment. This also results in significant cost savings. The winding service also offers ergonomic benefits, as shorter cables mean less weight.
To make small and large projects a success, cooperation throughout the chain must be guaranteed. Kannegieter is happy to play a role in this by bridging the gap between installers, clients, and manufacturers: what will happen in a project? What is the schedule? And which materials are needed at what time? But also: how is production going? Are delivery times realistic, or are there obstacles? Can Kannegieter offer a solution by, for example, temporarily stocking products? We are happy to think along with you, so that the execution of your project runs as smoothly as possible.
Another important logistics service in this context is our storage service. Products that are ordered and paid for today can be delivered in a few months or even years if desired. In the meantime, we are happy to provide storage, so that you are not confronted with price increases and/or shortage of materials.
